Okay Teen Leaders, let’s see how courageous you are. Post your mission statement here (in the comment area), and add your name. You will be putting your intention out into the universe and starting it in motion. It is harder to ignore something when you have shared it! Good luck and I am inspired by you all!

I will be an effective citizen by being assertive, but tactful; confident, but tolerant. I will try to bring unity to our community by promoting service and idealism. I will show responsibility and determination around my peers and will help them to be loyal and diligent. I will show to honor and cooperation to adult figures in my life and show consideration to all in my presence.

I don't quite have my mission statement ready to go, but when it is I'll make sure to post it.

I will be a leader by being responsible and bringing everything I have to offer to the group, but I will still show respect by listening to everyone else around me. I will be a committed and determined athlete by being there at all of my practices, and working hard at every one of them to improve. I will show patience to those around me for those around me by listening and offering understanding, even if it means counting to ten. I will show forgiveness towards others by realizing that the past is the past and sometimes you just have to keep walking. I will use helpfulness by being there for anyone one whenever they need to talk, but I will still use detachment so that they can learn their own lessons. Most importantly I will live my life in love by respecting myself and others.
